Modular Personal Dashboard | v1.4 | Notion Template

Hi, I'm very excited to be sharing the first public version of this wonderful modular notion set-up I've been working on !

This page contains v1.4 of the Base / Dashboard for the system - it is made to be easy to expand or transfer information, even if you are newer to using Notion. However, I do recommend having some knowledge of how Notion functions before diving into this dash, as it may make some areas easier to navigate.

The modular set-up is built with the base concepts of popular productivity systems like PARA in mind, but structured for the average user. The modular dash comes with a homepage, an index, and 4 main pages - Action, Inbox, Life, and Library.

Action

• Track your tasks, routines, and projects easily, with dedicated views for each.
• Set up recurring tasks to see your routines as part of your task list / schedule each day ; check off your vitamins or water intake in the same place you check off your essays !

Inbox

• See what still needs processed or reviewed in all of your databases, with one clean page !

Action and Inbox are "static" pages, in that most users won't need to change much for the pages to work for them. Life and Library are closer to what would be "Areas" in PARA; they are hubs for the "shelves" your information is organized on.

Currently, Life simply starts you off with space for your shelves- modules/templates to be added later on. The Library page is built similarly, as it serves the same basic purpose, but it also contains your Notes and Resources access. A page for work/school topics will be added later on as well, though was not included in this version of the template due to lack of functionality.

This entire set-up is very much a work in progress. However, each release will be fully functional in its own right, and the update process is very straightforward thanks to the isolated + interconnected databases : )
